Description

The project consists of the reconstruction of E. Depot Street and utilities in the Village of Spencer. The work includes but is not limited to the reconstruction of approximately 705 LF of either concrete or asphalt roadway, 660 LF of water main, 1,090 LF of sanitary sewer, and 700 LF of storm sewer.
