Description

The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #23070, for the OMaley Middle School & Gloucester High School Grease Trap Replacement project. The project is to replace the in-floor grease traps at OMaley Middle School and Gloucester High School kitchens. The project includes removal - including slab cutting, installation, and repair / replacement of affected finishes. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. vThe successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. DCAMM Certified Subcontractors are sought for the following category of work: Plumbing.
