RFQ Engineering - Miscellaneous Water System Improvements for the City.

The City of Irvington will retain a qualified engineering firm to provide planning, design, construction, and other required engineering services for design and construction of miscellaneous water system improvements for the City. Sources of funding may include, but are not limited to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), USDA Rural Development, Economic Development Administration (EDA), Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), and State Revolving Loan Funds (SRF Funds).The City of Irvington reserves the right to reject any and all submittals The solicitation for Statements of Qualifications is being conducted to fulfill state/federal funding agency procurement requirements. Attention of respondents to this RFQ is called to the following requirements: 1) Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968; 2) Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; 3) Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 4) Executive Order 11246 5) Certification of Non-segregated Facilities.
