Description

Mechanical/HVAC retrofit of existing mechanical room and Ground/First Floors of the Walker Building over the summer months of 2020. This work will include the replacement of the four basement AHUs, PH exhaust system equipment, mechanical duct distribution partial replacement on the Ground/First floors, mechanical piping replacement and plumbing at the restrooms.
