Description

Furnishing of all labor, materials, earthwork, construction operations, details, supervision and coordination of all trades, utility suppliers, governmental inspections and approvals required to complete the construction, installation and coordination for the Maple Creek Park Asphalt Drive, Parking Lot, and Trails within the City Limits of Dacula. Include all striping to match existing conditions; removal/reinstallation of parking curb stops; buildup of asphalt walking trail shoulder where eroded; ditch/swale grading/stabilization on west side of walking trail adjacent to entrance drive at washout; armoring of existing storm headwalls with riprap; addition of two culvert crossings over existing ditch through middle of park for Disc Golf access; and minor storm improvements to existing detention ponds. Existing asphalt drive and parking lot areas will be milled down 1” to maintain strength of existing asphalt except where noted for replacement and deep patch areas.
