Parking Garage Repair and Maintenance

The Parking Garage Repair Contractor is to perform annual repairs and maintenance for the Winooski Municipal Parking Garage located in Winooski, Vermont. Repair scope will vary in type and scale based on the Engineer’s identified annual work scope which is coordinated with the long-range planning for the garage maintenance and preservation, and the annual City of Winooski General Fund budgeted allowance.

Division 10 -	Specialties, Signage, Fire Protection Specialties, Fire Protection Cabinets, Fire Extinguishers.
Division 11 -	Equipment, Vehicle and Pedestrian Equipment.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Exit Signs, Exterior Lighting.
Division 28 -	Electronic Safety and Security, Electronic Surveillance, Electronic Detection and Alarm.
