Description

Work generally includes removals, concrete paving, painted playground games, playground installation, safety surfacing, fencing, site furniture, drainage, landscaping and restoration. All contracts for work herein are subject to all Park District rules and regulations, and providing for the payment of Cook Countys prevailing wage rate to all workers involved in these projects. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The Oak Lawn Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities on a bid, and to accept the lowest responsible bid that serves the best interests of the Village.
