The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services complying with the enclosed description and or specifications and conditions. Clifton Sanders Start date: 12/30/2022 End date: 12/29/2027. Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. See clause entitled "Term of Contract - Effective Date/Initial Contract Period". [01-1040-1] This is a one (1) year contract with four (4) one-year renewal options.
