Roof Replacement Bid Inquiry Location: Highlawn Fire Station located at 402 Walnut St. St. Albans WV 25177 Scope of work: -Replace existing asphalt shingle roof with metal roof(standing seam, hidden fastener style) -Install new moisture barrier under new metal -Install new boots, vents, and trim to complete roof package -Install aluminum soffit and fascia on all exterior surfaces -Install new 6" aluminum gutters and downspouts -Remove and dispose of all construction debris/refuse All materials and workmanship shall come with at least minimum warranty to meet industry standards. |
