Composite Water Tower Painting

The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required for the Composite Water Tower Painting . Work will consist of, but not limited to, the pressure cleaning and painting of the 1-million-gallon composite elevated storage tank located at the intersection of W. Turtlecreek Union Road and Deerfield Road. The owner requires this project be completed no later than Friday, June 28, 2024. Additionally, all contractors and subcontractors must comply with the prevailing wage rates established by the State of Ohio Division of Labor and Worker Safety Wage and Hour Bureau, and to all EEO requirements. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, the City finds, offered the lowest and best proposal. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, even if not accepted or rejected.
