| Description | Project includes one (1) Base Bid and two (2) Alternate Bids. The Base Bid consists of roadway improvements to approximately 1,600 LF of 28' wide roadway on Gail Drive, and includes milling and paving, base repair as needed due to the existing base condition and to achieve proposed grades, granite curb, and inlet upgrades with bicycle safe grates and type 'N' Eco curb pieces. Alternate Bid 'A' includes installing pipe behind curb to intercept roof leaders (as directed by the Engineer). Alternate Bid 'B' consists of improvements to the intersection of Balsam Avenue and Callahan Avenue and includes milling and paving, removal of pavement, and base repair as needed due to existing base condition and to achieve proposed grades. |
