Home 2 is located next door at 235 W. 5000 S. 1963 Ranch 1 story approx 1,120 sq feet with separate shed. No basement, lot size approx 0.2 acres. Both homes, garage, and out building needs to be removed, including footings and foundations along with driveways and sidewalks. Multiple trees and shrubbery will need to be cut down along with the stumps removed. All fencing will need to be removed including east side of home 1, South side of both homes fence in front yard of both homes and fencing between the two properties.
