| Description | The work within this proje ct is to reroute & upsize scale pit underground PVC drain line to the swale on the northeast corner of the building. Remove & Replace 480 SF of concrete (assumed to be 6” thick) to achieve proper slope for drainage away for walls. All slabs must be reinforced with #4 (1/2”) rebar- grid 12” OC each way, be slab on grade. Joints between the exterior foundation and concrete to be sealed with butyl rubber sealant. |
