Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Woods Cross Public Works Building located at 2287 S 1200 W, Woods Cross until February 8, 2023 at 1:30 pm local time. The project consists of the installation of drainage infrastructure, secondary water infrastructure, curb and gutter, sidewalk, roadway pavement section, lighting, landscaping, and other roadway related infrastructure. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
