Description

Design-Build of addition/alteration to existing 44th CST Ready Building at Camp Blanding. Scope includes Addition (new construction) of approximately 10,200 gross square feet for vehicle storage, Alteration of approximately 7,000 square feet, and site improvements. Work will include flexible paving, rigid concrete paving and sidewalks, automatic vehicular gate, exterior security lighting, fire protection, emergency generator, electric/water/sewer/gas/voice/data connections, upgraded electric capacity to support unit equipment, and vehicle exhaust system. Additional on-site water retention may be required. Project design and construction will strive to quality for LEED Silver.
