Description

Work under this Contract includes: 1. Site restoration as necessary to repair damage that may result from construction activities. 2. Demolition of existing areas of ballasted EPDM roofing as shown on Drawings. 3. Installation of new ballasted EPDM or fully adhered EPDM roofing system (Alternate #1), including all flashings, coping, blocking, etc as detailed and specified. 4. Rework of existing screen wall as detailed and specified. 5. Mechanical systems – relocation of existing rooftop equipment as required to install new roofing. 6. Electrical systems – miscellaneous items accessory to new roof system.
