| Description | The project consists of the following: the rehabilitation of sewer and storm collection systems located on Hickok Street and West Lane. Rehabilitation efforts will include; CIPP lining of select sewer line and storm drain segments, rehabilitation of select sewer and storm structures, replacement of select storm structures, and the construction of new storm structures. Roadway improvements include full-depth reconstruction of Hickok Street between Pine and Elm Streets, and roadway cold plane and overlay for the remainder of Hickok Street and West Lane. |
