Maintenance Dock Expansion

Removal of two C-130 Maintenance Stands, wrapping them for storage, and moving them to a storage site. Preparation of the area for installation of up to ten F-35 aircraft maintenance docks Evaluating, expanding, and/or tying into the central hydraulics system to supply hydraulic oil to the aircraft through the same OCCs as the avionics cooling air system Acquiring, assembling, and installing additional specified Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) electrical panels and shop air reservoirs between every other dock including all associated transformers, electrical buses, etc. to ensure adequate power to the docks (see Attachment 2) Acquiring and installing specified or equivalent aircraft electrical equipment and cord reels between every other dock (see Attachment 3) Removing a sunshade from the building (if necessary) to allow for bridge crane installation Designing and installing two large bridge cranes (including footings) to cover the entire area (roughly 48,400 square feet) Frosting the windows in the hangar doors Enclosing the roughly 48,400 square feet area with a fence and covering the fence with a known black fabric and implementing other security measures such as metal doors with closures and latches, vindicators, grating, etc. Installing one to four office insert buildings in the area Removing unused equipment, piping, etc. and filling in trenches in the area with fill and concrete Repairing and leveling the floor, refinishing the floors with epoxy, and striping docks, walkways, tow lines, etc. Ensuring adequate fire suppression, lighting, and heating in the area including acquiring, assembling, installing any required equipment that require upgrade De-conflicting currently installed utilities (pipes, ducts, conduit, etc.) for installation of the equipment above Installing and/or updating at least one and up to three communication rooms
