Airport Substation Power Control Assembly

This specification describes the requirements to design, furnish, and deliver a prefabricated, factory-finish coated, metal building with floor. The building will be provided in accordance with this Specification as described below and in accordance with the control building floor plan drawing as specified on the purchase requisition. 1.2 Work Included A. Equipment specified herein, including: 1. Equipment, materials, and documentation specified herein, 2. Medium Voltage Switchgear, as specified in Section 261326, 3. AC and DC power equipment, 4. Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment, 5. Equipment design, 6. Cleaning, painting, and coating, 7. Shop assembly and wiring, 8. Factory testing and test reports, 9. Packing for transport, 10. Shipping FOB jobsite, 11. Unloading and setting on foundation, 12. Field installation and assembly, 13. All material, equipment, accessories, and testing specified or indicated on attached drawings.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
