Description

Architectural/Engineering services for our School of Nursing and Health Professions Renovation. The College will be renovating our 33,560 single story Audio- Visual Classroom Center and adjoining 30,887 single story Library buildings on the east side of our Toledo-Area campus so that we can co-locate all of our health programs into one space and create a new School of Nursing and Health Professions. This renovation may also require the construction of two (2) new -10,000 square foot additions to accommodate all needs for the health programs, if the programming phase determines they are needed. Estimated Budget $21,481,250
