Mowing and Grounds Maintenance for Fairfax City Cemetery

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish term contract(s) for mowing and grounds maintenance and related services at the Fairfax City Cemetery, approximately 8 acres. Services shall include, by way of illustration and not limitation, general cleanup of all areas prior to mowing (trash pickup and disposal), grass mowing, trimming, mechanical edging, removal of heavy or clumped grass clippings after mowing, leaf removal, limited pruning, weed control and removal of clippings from sidewalks, landscaped beds, parking lots and public ways. The Contractor will provide grounds maintenance and mowing services in accordance with the following Specifications.
