Description

The Project consists of constructing approximately “removals, 187 LF of 8-inch PVC Sewer Main, 357 Tons Asphalt Pavement, 573 Tons Base Course, 8,738 SF Concrete Sidewalk, Playground Equipment, Engineered Wood Fiber Playground Surfacing, Site Furnishings, Electrical, Light Fixtures and other various bid items”. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Award will be based on lowest responsive combined amounts from Phase 1 and Phase 2 bid.
