Sellers Water Reclamation Facility Bio Nutrient Removal Project

The replacement of defective coating on the round aeration tank and the rectangular parallel duplex Bardenpho process tanks located at the Jerry Sellers Water Reclamation Facility, 375 N. Cocoa Blvd. Cocoa, Florida 32922. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Demolition of the concrete wall between the existing fermentation and first anoxic basins, and construction of a new concrete wall as shown on the drawings. 2. Demolition of the existing vertical shaft mixers in the fermentation, first anoxic, and second anoxic basins, and installation of new submersible mixers in each basin. 3. Demolition of the existing centrifugal blowers and installation of new turbo blowers. 4. Demolition of the existing diffusers in Aeration Basins No. 1 and No. 2, and the reaeration basin, and installation of new fine bubble disc diffusers. 5. Conversion of existing Aeration Basin No. 3 to a swing aeration/equalization basin, including the demolition of the existing diffusers, installation of new fine bubble disk diffusers, and new submersible mixers. 6. Construction of a new equalization pump station. 7. Installation of a new magnetic flow meter on the internal recycle pump discharge and associated piping modifications as shown on the drawings. 8. Modification of the concrete effluent box at Aeration Basin No. 1 & No. 2 as shown on the drawings. 9. Coating of the existing concrete tank walls. 10. Yard piping modifications associated with the above improvements. 11. Electrical and SCADA system improvements associated with the above improvements.
