12 Renovation (Labor Only) of Dwelling Units

1. Located at 1600 N. 7th Avenue. 2. Located near east Uvalde street/hardy drive. Work will consist of Removing Popcorn Ceiling, repairing any patched walls & ceilings, Texture & Repaint entire unit. Removing any and all layers of floor tile and placing new floor tile throughout the entire unit, replacing all baseboards/ trim, and painting and installing new ones. Installing Complete Interior/Exterior Doors, Door knobs and Door Stops as necessary. Repair & Varnish Cabinets (kitchen & Bathroom), Replace & Install light fixtures, light switches, electrical outlets & All cover plates and all ceiling/wall vents as needed. Storage Room replace, repair and repaint walls, Repair & Install light fixture, light Switches & Replace door if needed.
