A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on 1/18/2021 at 11:00 AM. Everyone will meet at the project site at the end of Brittany Lane in Lemont Furnace, PA. Addenda, if any, will be issued only to those persons whose name and address are on record with SWP as having obtained the Contract Documents. Bids will be received by only those persons who attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting. The bid package can be received by emailing mattanderson@carloadexpress.com. The subject line of the email must read Request for Oliver Bid Package.
