Description

The Stamford Community Development Office (SCDO) will be accepting sealed bids from General Construction Contractors on behalf of ARI of Connecticut, Inc., located at 174 Richmond Hill Avenue, Stamford CT 06902, to Remove and Replace the Existing Accessible Ramp and Stairwell Structure at 1131 Newfield Avenue Facility; Project SCD 48-8. Contractors must have related experience, a DUNS number, registered with SAM.gov and be licensed in the State of Connecticut. Contractors also must have General & Workman's Compensation Insurance for the project. All contractors that submitted a bid will be notified via email with the bid results as well. The City of Stamford reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities in the bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City of Stamford. This bid is subject to Community Development Block Grant Regulations, Federal Equal Opportunity Laws. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply.
