Engineering Hall Roof Replacement - General Bid

In general, the work consists of removal, disposal and replacement of Engineering Hall roof sections No. 39 7 (24,750 sf), No. 17 (17,390 sf) and No. 18 (5,420 sf). New insulation and new EPDM roofing will be 40 installed on each of the roofs. Roofing work will remove and replace equipment curbs, replace 41 flashings, extend plumbing stacks and incorporate fall protection in several locations on the roofs. The MEP Subcontractor scope of work is identical to the General Prime Contractor scope of work included in these bidding and contract documents. By submitting and signing a bid, all bidders have examined all of the Bidding Documents listed in the Table of Contents of the project specifications. The successful bidders will be required to do all work which is shown on the drawings, mentioned in the specifications, or reasonably implied as necessary to complete the division of work bid for this project.
