Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Morristown, New Jersey. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bid and Proposal requests herein are solicited through a fair and open process, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Such records shall be made available to the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller upon request. Beti Bauer Purchasing Agent The County of Morris In accordance with the Governors Executive Orders and guidance regarding Covid-19, the County of Morris requests that the public maintain SOCIAL DISTANCING. Accordingly, we ask that Bidders/Respondents may wish to consider not attending the Bid Openings in person. We do note that if Bidders/Respondents choose to attend, they are required to be screened by Courthouse security. If they show any signs of illness, they will not be permitted access to the building. Due to the circumstances, during the bid opening process, a bid review and providing unit prices will not take place at the openings. Instead, this information will be posted online once available. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, and the Bid number and title spelled out on the outermost packaging, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris, and be delivered either in person at the hour designated, or previous thereto by delivery or mail, at Morris County Administration and Records Building Purchasing Division, 5th Floor, Room 517 P.O Box 900 10 Court Street Morristown, New Jersey, 07963 0900. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and Morris County will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance.
