| Description | Contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform airfield lighting control system maintenance on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Langley Air Force Base (LAFB), Virginia (VA) in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, and perform all operations necessary to perform a comprehensive package of diagnostics and testing of the Airfield Lighting Computer System (ALCS) by certified technicians with a follow up detailed report of work and actions that took place. The contractor shall inspect the ALCS semi-annually. Contractor shall also be available for emergency repairs to the ALCS as required. |
