Southbound Plaza 41 Improvements & Pavement Repairs

The work under this contract includes partial demolition, reconstruction and conversion of the plaza to AET, earthwork, monotube installation, sign installation, ITS equipment installation, storm sewer construction, asphalt paving, concrete paving, pavement patching, structural foundation construction, structural building construction, maintenance of traffic, landscaping, and lighting. Questions pertaining to the intent of the contract documents may be sent to the Illinois Tollway, attention 9219D.4860_Questions@docs.e-builder.net, to be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on March 31, 2023. The work to be done under this contract shall be started on or about July 24, 2023. All work under this contract shall be completed by Augest 21, 2024. Award of the above contract, if any award be made will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders. The illinois tollway reserve the rights any and all bids , to technicalities, or cancel the soliciation.
