Description

Consists of the complete renovation the School's HAVC system from a 2-pipe changeover unit ventilator configuration to a hybrid 2-pipe/4-pipe energy recovery ventilators and 4-pipe fan coil system. Major equipment includes a split air-cooled chiller, fan coils, roof-mounted ERVs, indoor and roof mounted air handlers, and a new Web-based DDC BMS. The existing boilers will remain. Supporting work includes selective demolition, cutting and patching, new ceiling and lighting.
