SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. New single story 2,250 SF seasonal State Park trail center building with restrooms, multi-purpose space, concessions and storage. 2. Parking lot and roadway improvements including bituminous paving. 3. Onsite septic system. 4. Precast vault toilet supply and installation. Alternate #1: Delete Vault toilet and outdoor water spigot. Alternate #2: Delete Asphaltic concrete (Bituminous) paving.
