| Description | The contractor will design a properly engineered septic system to include but not limited to percolation testing, holding tanks, pumps, alarms and drain field. Contractor will be responsible to obtain all state, local and federal permits and will provide stamped engineering drawings for the septic system. Contractor will follow the National Parks Service Director's Order RM-83. B. The contractor will supply all man power, equipment and materials to install a new septic system at the Lafayette's Quarters building at 1650 Wilson Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406. | ||||
