2022 Roofing Rehabilitation- Aldrich Intermediate School

**As of March 14, 2023, project was not awarded due to bids received were over the budget. No definite date for rebid. Proposals for 2022 Roofing Rehabilitation for the School District. In general, the work consists of replacement of the membrane and designated compromised rigid insulation at three (3) roof regions at Aldrich Intermediate School. Alternate proposals will be received for additional quantities of insulation on each roof area. The earliest possible construction start is June 6, 2022. All work must be complete and invoiced by August 26, 2022. Work is at the following location: Aldrich Intermediate School 1859 Northgate Drive Beloit, Wisconsin 53511 A Bid Bond or Certified Check for 10% of the maximum bid payable to School District of Beloit, is required as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the proposed contract within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. The Certified Check will be returned to the Bidder as soon as the contract is executed. If after ten (10) days the Bidder shall fail to execute said contract, the Certified Check shall be forfeited to the School District of Beloit as liquidated damages.
