Demo existing air handlers AHU-1 and AHU-3, replace with new. Install new three-way valve and recirc pump for heating coils in both AHU. Demo existing exhaust fans EF-1, EF-2, EF-3 and EF-4 Replace with new. Provide new Merv-5 filters for bathroom group return grilles. Provide new Radon Control Exhaust Fans EF-5 and EF-6.
