The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technical irregularities, and to award(s) the contract to the Offeror whose proposal it deems to be in the best interest of the Owner.* The Offeror will provide, with the proposal, a notarized declaration from a bonding company licensed to do business in the State of New Mexico confirming the Offeror's ability to obtain Performance; Labor, and Materials Payment Bond for projects which exceed $25,000.00.
