Description Alachua County (AC) Parks and Conservation Lands Department is hereinafter referred to (PCLD) seeks to establish a Purchase Order to provide PCLD with a ready supply of specified container-grown trees to be used by various AC locations. A Purchase Order will be awarded to provide trees on an as needed basis as stipulated in this Solicitation. This solicitation does not guarantee any volume of work or purchase order amount. The quantity of trees purchased will vary, depending on budget and need. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to request additional information and clarification of any information submitted, including any omission from the original Response. The vendor submitting the most responsive and responsible Request for Qualifications (RFQ) consistent with the criteria set forth herein will be recommended to the Alachua County Board of County Commissioners for approval. The County will arrange purchases with any, all, or none of the qualified responding vendors.
