Manitowoc MLC 300 Crawler Crane

This specification provides the minimum technical requirements and detailed scope of work for one each, Manitowoc MLC300 crane for which the contractor is required to supply. The contractor shall provide all associated labor, materials, supplies, tools, and transportation and travel costs for personnel and delivery of equipment. The contractor is responsible for any and all travel costs incurred with the delivery and installation of any and all equipment furnished, and contractor personnel required to meet the terms of the contract. b. The equipment shall be new and unused, capable of performing within the parameters for which it was designed and intended function, in accordance with the operating and performance requirements specified herein in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements. The equipment shall be of standard, commercial, design; prototypes and/or demos will be not be accepted. The equipment, assembly, and testing shall be completed so that when crane is delivered, assembled, and tested it can be operated for any purpose and/or function for which it is designed and/or constructed by the manufacturer. c. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that any and all applicable standards for the design and use of the crane and equipment are met prior to selection and delivery of equipment. The crane, at a minimum shall meet all applicable mandatory OSHA/ANSI/ASME Safety Standards and requirements.
