| Description | This project consists of landscape maintenance at six (6) parks in Union City. Maintenance shall include fertilization, soil building, hardwood red mulch, pruning, mowing, weed/insect/disease control, litter control and any other procedures outlined in the project specifications. In addition to maintenance, a lump sum allocation is established for the Bidder to install landscape improvements in some of the parks, if and where directed by the City of Union City. Landscape maintenance for this Contract shall begin no later than Thursday, April 1, 2021 and shall be ongoing in six (6) parks until Saturday, November 20, 2021. |
