| Description | The project consists of the removal and replacement of the asphalt roofing system at the building #127. Removal to include all roofing materials as required to fully expose the existing wood roof deck. Existing gutters and downspouts shall be removed carefully as needed for re-installation. Any portions of the existing wood deck in need of repair and/or replacement shall be included within the project scope. The new asphalt roofing system (underlayment, shingles, flashings, etc.) shall be installed as detailed within the project drawings and specifications included here within this bid packet.
