Description

Renovate and upgrade elements of the existing Loncy Leake Ballfield located in City Lake Park including demolition of existing concrete parking lot paving and sidewalks, and removal of chain link fencing. Provide excavation as necessary to install a subsurface drainage. Regrade areas to accommodate new concrete paving, sidewalks, and perimeter fencing. Construct new covered dugouts and an entry feature of masonry and ornamental fencing. Replace existing ballfield lights with new units. Provide irrigation modifications and landscaping.
