Solar PV and Wind Renewable Energy Resources

You are invited to review and respond to this Request For Proposal (RFP) No.10187503 for renewable energy and capacity, including attributes used to qualify for Resource Adequacy, and all associated Environmental Attributes, including Renewable Energy Credits (RECs), from a solar PV or wind facility through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). You are invited to review and respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) No.10187503 for renewable energy and capacity, including attributes used to qualify for Resource Adequacy, and all associated Environmental Attributes, including Renewable Energy Credits ("RECs"), from a solar photovoltaic or wind electric generating facility through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The Delivery Period must be between twenty (20) and thirty (30) years inclusive, commencing no earlier than January 1, 2024, and no later than December 1, 2025. Proposals must be based on a facility with a capacity of at least fifty (50) MWac and no greater than two hundred (200) MWac with a corresponding annual volume of energy between approximately 150,000 MWhs to 600,000 MWhs annually. In submitting your bid, you must comply with the instructions in the RFP.
