Replacement of Bridge 66 on SR 1232 in Craven County

The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the above referenced project. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and any other items necessary for the completion of this contract. WBS ELEMENT: BP2.R001.3 COUNTY: CRAVEN ROUTE: SR 1232 The North Carolina Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252) and the regulations of the Department of Transportation (49 CFR, Part 21), issued pursuant to such act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that the contract entered into pursuant to this notice will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, color, or national origin. Please note the requirement for all bidders to sign up on the Interested Parties List in conformance with the Interested Parties List provision SP01 G02. The availability date for this project is not before July 10, 2023 or later than July 31, 2023. The completion date is 240 days after construction begins.
