Burton HVAC, Generator, and Improvements Project

Scope : The Burton HVAC, Generator, and Improvements Project (DB-2021-FM-150). - The PARISH hereby agrees to engage the CONTRACTOR to provide the construction activity, products and/or services inclusive in the PARISH's "Bid" identified as "Bid" #DB2021-FM-150. This project involves the removal of the existing chiller towers and air handlers and the installation of new chiller tower and air handler equipment, control components,smoke exhaust system and whole site generator. This project includes entry and exit signs to the property, a new digital display board sign and monument site sign with exterior lighting components. This project may also include additional mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment. Replacement of existing HVAC System. Replacement of Generator. Replacement of aluminum storefront entrance doors with automatic opener. New smoke extraction system inside Coliseum over Arena floor. New exterior site signage
