| Description | A. Provide pick-up services from school sites and warehouse storage as necessary. Shipping, handling, and storage rates must be provided with bid. B. Supply all transportation, services, storage, materials, equipment, technical and management support, and personnel required to perform the services requested by the District. C. Provider must verify inventory (asset count, model, serial number, and condition) prior to removal from school sites and must provide a detailed electronic inventory to the District Instructional Technology office and the originating school site within two business days. Obtain signature and employee ID of school staff releasing equipment to provider. |
