| Description | The work consists of improvements to the plant’s 15 kV electrical distribution system to support other equipment to be installed; electrical and I&C improvements to, headworks, primary clarifiers, solids thickening; construction of a new building to house all equipment associated with the new supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and information technology systems; construction of prefabricated buildings and associated foundations to house motor control centers; new Rockwell PlantPAx System; installation of duct banks for new plant wide fiber optic communication network; field instrumentation required to connect to the new Rockwell PlantPAx system; installation of workstations throughout the SMC WRC and additional workstations at the Leon Creek Water Recycling Center and Medio Creek Water Recycling Center; and, all other associated improvements as described in the Contract Documents for the Steven M.
