2022 Alley Improvement

Bituminous paving, asphalt removal, unclassified excavation, C.A.B.C., concrete removal, concrete curb, sidewalk and driveway approaches (All quantities are approximate). • Alley Reconstruction – Bituminous asphalt alley resurfacing includes approximately 3,400 S.Y. asphalt pavement removal on 3 alleys and approximately 3,400 S.Y. of bituminous asphalt pavement construction at three alleys. Remove and replace 165 LF of Curb and Gutter and 207 SY of 6” concrete sidewalks and driveway approaches. • Alternate Bid; Alley 79 Reconstruction– (Gravel Alley) Bituminous asphalt alley resurfacing includes approximately 800 S.Y. of bituminous asphalt pavement construction. Remove and replace 45 LF of Curb and Gutter and 60 SY of 6” concrete sidewalks and driveway approaches.
