State Records Center -Elevator Modernization - One (1) passenger elevator The project scope involves modernization of one (1)-traction passenger elevator with a speed of 250 fpm. Elevator State No. 8263 has a capacity of 4000 pounds, and installed in 1975. The elevator serves a total of eight (8) stops, with eight (8) landings in line, Basement, through 4A. The scope of the modernization includes the associated electrical, mechanical, and architectural required for the modernization, and as outlined on the plans and specifications. ALTERNATENO. 1 Dumbwaiter-Modernize one (1) Dumbwaiter with a duty of 400 pounds at 100 fpm. Elevator State No. 75-W/W 8399. Operation is single automatic call and send, with full bank of pushbuttons at each hoistway door lobby. Serving floors, B, BA, M, 2, 3, 3A, 4, & 4A stops and openings in line.
