Grounds Maintenance at Mcallen International Airport

1. Mowing, trimming and edging turf and lawn areas 2. Maintenance of landscape beds – weed and debris removal 3. Application of mulching for landscape beds and tree rings 4. Pruning / trimming trees: Removal of all broken and low hanging branches below Twelve (12) feet on all locations. The removal of all sucker growth is of particular importance. 5. Hedging of shrubs at the direction of City representative. 6. Quarterly application of fertilizers for turf / lawn areas and landscape beds at McAllen International Airport. 7. Application of pesticides (insecticides, herbicides and fungicides) as needed. 8. General site cleanup, removal and disposal of litter and debris from site during every maintenance cycle and if needed prior to special events. 9. Delivery of information of any irregularities of lawn, landscape bed conditions, irrigation system, i.e. disease / insect problems, too wet, too dry, outside construction work or auto accidents.
