| Description | Purchase, Delivery and installation of HVAC plasma filtration systems (each, a “Unit” and, collectively, “Units”) in each air handler located at each of ten (10) Integral Care-owned facilities (collectively, the “Services”). Units must be self-contained and operate in a manner that can purify the air by eliminating airborne particulates, odors, and pathogens, as well as eliminate or reduce volatile organic compounds, or VOCs. Units must be be auto-cleaning, duct-mounted, and achieve a UL 867 Ozone standard. |
